Looking for transformative change in your life? Our time together will be a creative partnership focused on designing and implementing specific, meaningful changes in any aspect of your life. Being a Certified Business coach, I am trained to help move you toward your desired outcomes through thought provoking questions. We will aim to gain you clarity on what you want in the future, why you want it, and how exactly you're going to get it.

My Framework

Each session will be spent focusing on what you want and why. We'll also focus on how you might get there and what action steps to take. Creating those actions and committing to them, will really help you make and see progress towards those goals. No matter what, we will always celebrate your commitment to yourself, your goals, and the change you're looking to make in each session.

What Coaching is Not

Coaching can have many different meanings in many different situations. Here, coaching will be focused on what you want in the future, not past experiences (i.e. not counseling). This is an advice free zone and I will not tell you what to do or what solution to put in place (i.e. not consulting). I will also not be the one "in charge" telling you what to do (i.e. not sports coaching). You will come up with your goals and I will simply help get you there. The focus is on you, your goals, and positive solutions.
