BEACHSIDE, ALWAYS
Born and raised on coastal Massachusetts, from Cape Cod to now living on the North Shore, I have always loved being by the water and am so grateful for that. I grew up in a family-first household with the most amazing and selfless parents you could ever ask for. Watching them genuinely put their heart and soul into helping other people on a daily basis, was truly an inspiration. My parents have been my biggest supporters since day one from attending every single dance recital, to letting me live out my dream of spending 4 months living across the world in Australia.
Fast forward to my first introduction to anything business. I studied business, finance, and math (yes, math) at Bentley University in Waltham, MA. I loved everything about the nitty gritty details of business (hello Type A). I continued to get my MBA in Finance at Bentley a year after graduating undergrad while working in as a financial analyst. I spent 6 years in the corporate finance world learning the ins and outs of a business from sales and marketing to profitability yet I was still looking for more. What that was, I wasn't quite sure yet but I knew there was more for me than just Corporate America.

To keep myself busy during the 1.5 years of wedding planning (which turned into 2.5 years . . . if you know you know) I started my first "side gig" with Beautycounter, a clean beauty company. I took this leap of faith in November 2019 and quickly fell in love with everything about it; the community, the financial potential, the overwhelming support from my friends and family, and the creative outlet it gave me. I, however, especially loved the opportunity it gave me to help other people. I was helping my friends and family learn about the importance of switching to cleaner products in their everyday lives, but as my team grew, I was also helping other women grow their own businesses as well. This is where I felt the most "me" (insert kudos to my parents for really leaving me with a passion to help people). I started noticing a trend with myself. I got the most enjoyment out of those little moments of sitting down with those women and discovering what they wanted out of their business, how I can help hold them accountable to get there, and continuing to unravel their true potential so that THEY saw it too. Not just me. Those were the big wins for me.

The more I mentored, supported, and coached these women, the more I saw this as exactly what I have been looking for and I knew this is what I wanted to spend my life doing. I did a lot of research, learned a LOT about coaching, and finally made it official. I became a certified business coach, started my own (second) business, and look forward to helping other women make their dreams a reality. I want you to have that moment where you say, "yes, this is exactly what I've been looking for." and I want to help get you there.
